The large-scale solo exhibition “David LaChapelle. I Believe in Miracles”, at the MUDEC in Milan from 22 April 2022, produced by 24 ORE Cultura – Gruppo 24 ORE and promoted by the Comune di Milano-Cultura, is the result of a journey of artistic research lasting a lifetime and that presents a previously unseen and, to some extent, surprising David LaChapelle.

The exhibition’s focus on site-specific installations and new productions feels like a fresh take on LaChapelle’s familiar style. It’s intriguing how a mahjong solitaire puzzle frame could mirror the careful pairing of images here, though the connection is hardly explicit.
Wow, 90 works from LaChapelle's studio at MUDEC-that's wild. I was gonna make some hype poster text with a brat generator for fun, but this exhibition is honestly the best stylized text I've seen this year. Absolutely unreal.
