David LaChapelle - Stations of the Cross was an exhibition at the Deodato Art Gallery in Rome, Italy which opened on October 27th, 2023. LaChapelle unveiled his newest series of 15 photographs titled Stations of the Cross (2023).

David LaChapelle’s Stations of the Cross is a vibrant reinterpretation of the classic Christian depiction of The Passion of Christ, which portrays key moments during Jesus Christ’s life from his trial to his burial and resurrection. The exhibition also featured six photographs from LaChapelle’s series Earth Laughs in Flowers (2008-2011), as well as fifteen photographs captured between 1993-2021 depicting The World We Live In Today, which include images of Travis Scott, Paris Hilton, Doja Cat, and Pamela Anderson, to name a few. The show closed on November 25th, 2023. The catalog includes a written statement from Deodato Salafia.
